After that I had again done blood check for Hba1c test in pathology near to my home.
My Hba1c score was 5.4 %
Kindly provide your thought and let if further checkup needs to be done.

Thanks in advance

Start taking medicine regularly. You may need to increase medication. Meet a good diabetologist in your area.
Healthy diet, regular exercise and timely medication is key to keep blood sugar levels under control. Get your HbA1c blood test done.
