Start taking medicine regularly. You may need to increase medication. Meet a good diabetologist in your area.
Healthy diet, regular exercise and timely medication is key to keep blood sugar levels under control. Get your HbA1c blood test done.
you need to increase medication for that consult any Diabetologist in your area . Check HbA1c report to know average blood sugar levels in last 3 months

Focus more on your healthy diet and regular exercise. repeat HbA1c after 3 months. if you are obese or overweight try to cut down some weight.
I’m diabetic for 2 years. I’m taking metformin 500 for 2 times. Now my HbA1c is 7%. My FBS shows above 130, what should I do
you need to increase dose at night time so fasting will come down. metformin suppresses hepatic glucose output as well as increases insulin sensitivity.

Yes you can continue same medication but split your meals as you need to reduce portion size per serving to control your post meal sugar peaks.
